All orders through our website are subject to our shipping and payment policy, outlined below.

Where We Ship To

We use Royal Mail and currently ship to the following countries:

Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States

These countries may be subject to change anytime and we reserve the right to cancel an order if one of the listed countries suddenly decides to ask for Packaging Tax. As we are a small business, we sadly can not currently afford to pay for individual licenses.

Accepted Payments

We accept PayPal for online payments. Keep in mind that PayPal is a third-party company and has access to your Transaction Data. They also have their own GDPR-compliant policies you might want to look into, as we have no influence on them.

When We Ship

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 2-10 business days unless the requested items are not in stock or you opted for a pick-up at our next event.

Please consider any weekends and holidays that might impact delivery times, as well as local or global events such as postal strikes.

Out Of Stock Items

If any items you ordered are out of stock or pre-order, we will ship your order as soon as the goods are with us. There is typically an estimate on the product listings.

Pick-Up Items

In case you decided to collect your ordered wares at our next event yourself, we will bring them and have them ready for you. You can find all the information about the next fair or event we attend via our website’s event list.

Shipping Rates And -Timing

There are multiple shipping rates you can select from. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your goods in the post, so please choose your options carefully.

An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.

Wrong Address

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, we will send you an e-mail with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this e-mail in a timely fashion, please reach out to us.

Lost, Stolen, Or Damaged Orders

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the local authorities.

Import Duty And Taxes

Any import duties and taxes will be your own responsibility and will have to be paid by yourself.
